DPRK Government Delegation Pays Official Visit to Iran

The DPRK government delegation led by Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho paid an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran on Aug. 7-9.

Head of the delegation Ri Yong Ho met and had a talk with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Wednesday.

During the visit he paid a courtesy call on Ali Rarijani, speaker of the Iranian Majlis, and had talks with Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

At the courtesy call and talks both sides expressed the will to further develop the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries in various fields this year marking the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties.
